About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in commercial display solutions to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge of LED displays, digital signage systems, and LCD video walls, along with strong business acumen to drive market expansion and strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional capable of leading business initiatives and delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the commercial display business in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on LED, digital signage, and LCD video wall products.

Identify and engage new customers, channels, and project opportunities across key verticals (retail, government, corporate, transportation, hospitality, etc.).

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluation to support strategic planning.

Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and pre-sales support.

Prepare and present commercial proposals, solution briefs, and product demonstrations to clients and partners.

Manage relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.

Oversee project pipelines, forecast sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.

Provide feedback to HQ on market trends, product requirements, and local opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in commercial display or AV solutions (LED, digital signage, video wall).

Strong understanding of display technologies, system architectures, control processors, and integration workflows.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale display projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required

Familiarity with the Saudi market and experience working in Riyadh preferred.

Ability to travel within KSA and occasionally internationally for business purposes.
