The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented and works well in a team oriented, fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized
Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day
Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service
Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests
Complete side work before and after service
Remove all the dirty linen from station and trash is empty and clean

Required Skills/Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a restaurant busser
Flexible schedule and open to working weekends / holidays
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environment
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
