Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and manage waitlists efficiently.
• Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained.
• Clear tables and bus dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Provide attentive customer service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Handle food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Operate Yelp Reservation Systems for seating.
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with basic food preparation when needed and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or large parties.
• Maintain excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or hosting roles.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Experience with banquet service or large group events is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and support kitchen operations when required.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards gained through hotel or culinary experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
