Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while explaining specials or recommendations
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper handling and presentation
• Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedure
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is beneficial but not required
• Commitment to food safety standards and excellent customer service principles
