Bussiness Development Executive

● Identify, approach, and engage general practitioners, consultants, and specialists to generate patient referrals.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical establishments.

● Conduct regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure a steady flow of referrals.

● Educate doctors about Heritage Hospitals' clinical services, specialties, facilities, and success stories.

● Collect feedback from referring doctors to enhance the hospital's service delivery and coordination.

● Maintain a referral tracking database and provide regular reports on performance, conversion, and ROI.

● Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure referred patients receive timely and quality care.

● Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and other engagement activities to strengthen the referral network.

● Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.

Build a bridge between Hospital & internal marketing team.

Pay: ₹12,305.37 - ₹30,000.00 per month
