Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat according to standards.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety of the meat section.
• Display meat products neatly and ensure correct labeling.
• Check meat quality, freshness, and expiry.
• Follow FIFO principles (First In, First Out).
• Handle customer requests for specific cuts.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for reorder.
• Use knives and cutting equipment safely.
