hiring experience butchers for UAE

Experience using multiple smoking applications, including extensive knowledge of

cuts available.

  • Experience with specialty meats, terrines, pates, sausages, salamis, etc.
  • Creative recipe and menu design; including creating specials based on seasonality

and availability changes.

  • Strong communication skills and team attitude.
  • Develops and maintains sanitation, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
  • Ability to use kitchen hand tools and equipment such as knives, meat slicer, meat

grinder, food processor and smoker.

  • Ability and skill to establish and maintain effective working relationships with

coworkers.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
  • Manual skills.
  • Precision and physical strength.
  • Keeping records and inventory.
  • Coordinating deliveries or order pickups.
  • Knowledge of animal anatomy.
  • Must be able to produce quality meat products – biltong, boerewors, cured meats,

sausages etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • butcher: 4 years (Required)
  • 5 star hotel: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • TRADE CRETIFIED BUTCHER (Required)
