Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Meat Preparation: Cutting, and trimming various cuts of meat, and preparing special orders like ground meat or sausages to meet customer specifications.
- Product Handling: Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat products for display and sale.
- Stock Management: Receiving and inspecting incoming meat deliveries, and storing them correctly in cold storage.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the freshness, quality, and safety of all meat products.
