Butchery Supervisor

  • Job Title: Butchery Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Butchery Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the butchery section, ensuring high-quality meat preparation, hygiene standards, inventory control, and staff supervision while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of the butchery department.
  • Ensure proper cutting, preparation, packaging, and display of meat products.
  • Maintain quality, freshness, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and product ordering.
  • Train and supervise butchery staff on safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Reduce wastage and monitor department performance.
  • Assist customers with product selection and special requests.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock requirements.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in butchery or meat processing operations.
  • Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

Pay: QAR3,700.00 - QAR4,500.00 per hour
