- Job Title: Butchery Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Butchery Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the butchery section, ensuring high-quality meat preparation, hygiene standards, inventory control, and staff supervision while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the butchery department.
- Ensure proper cutting, preparation, packaging, and display of meat products.
- Maintain quality, freshness, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and product ordering.
- Train and supervise butchery staff on safety and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Reduce wastage and monitor department performance.
- Assist customers with product selection and special requests.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock requirements.
- Prepare operational and sales reports as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in butchery or meat processing operations.
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Pay: QAR3,700.00 - QAR4,500.00 per hour
