Welcome guests and conduct personalized in-room check-in for all Residents and Two Bedroom Outdoor Jacuzzi Suite booking guests
Conduct room orientation for all arriving guests in JA Palm Tree Court, One bedroom and above guests in JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel.
Arrange welcome room amenities for arrival and refills them on a daily basis according to the guest s wishes, in coordination with room service.
Ensure all eligible guests are introduced to the entitlements of Premium Lounge and Signature benefits.
Provide private orientation of the Resort facilities and in-house activities.
Ensure that the Pre-arrival email is sent to all guests staying at The Residence & Bedroom Outdoor Jacuzzi Suite booking guests and liaises with the guest in regard to their inquiries.
Conduct room checks before guest arrival to ensure that the room is clean, all room preferences and amenities have been arranged and tests and checks that room equipment is functioning.
Ensure all guest history and preferences are updated in the guest profile and reviewed before guest arrival for guest recognition.
Assist with luggage delivery and collection with the coordination of the Concierge.
Take care of the guest s laundry, pressing and dry cleaning with coordination of the laundry dept.
Maintain guest wardrobes in a neat and tidy fashion.
Polish the guest shoes as per the set standard
Offer unpacking & packing luggage services.
Attend to all guests requests, communicating and following up on these with the other departments when necessary.
Ensure and reconfirms all bookings the guest requested prior to his arrival such as tours, restaurant, Spa treatments, etc.
Assist with planning and organizing the holiday itinerary of the guests.
Prepare sun loungers for guests on the terrace or beach or pool as per guest preferences.
Ensure that the guest room is equipped with fresh ice daily.
Deliver newspapers, mail, and messages to the room promptly.
Host the Happy Hour in the Signatures Lounge and ensure the setup is suitable for the attending guests.
Coordinate with the concierge regarding transportation and luggage collection.
Check with the guest about his next arrival and offers a room reservation.
Check any items left behind by the guest and record in lost and found logbook with Housekeeping.
Provide service around the Signatures Pool.
Prepare departure letters (heartfelt departures).
Coordinate with the Front desk for speedy check-out
Keep track and raise store requisitions for stationary items, newspapers, and all other materials related to the Signatures Lounge and the guest rooms.
