Butler

The Butler will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of private villas, acting as the central point of authority for household staff and property management. The role demands professionalism, discretion, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure high service standards, comfort for the family and guests, and seamless hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest & Hospitality Services: Discreet and personalized service, supervising meal services, managing menus (aligned to cultural and dietary needs), curating ambiance, and overseeing events.

• Household & Staff Management: Leading and training staff (maids, gardeners, drivers, kitchen staff), scheduling, performance reviews, enforcing service standards.

• Property & Ambience Management: Ensuring upkeep of villas, gardens, pools, décor, lighting, and maintenance.

• Wardrobe & Travel: Overseeing laundry, wardrobe care, packing for travel, and coordinating itineraries.

• Administration: Managing budgets, inventories, vendors, staff rosters, and reporting directly to the family.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Butler, Estate Manager, or in luxury hospitality.

• High discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.

• Strong leadership and service etiquette.

• Excellent organizational skills and eye for detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Familiarity with festival/event preparations.
