GENERAL ROLE:
As a Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, your role is to deliver bespoke, intuitive, and heartfelt service tailored to each guest’s needs. You embody the essence of mindful hospitality—anticipating preferences, personalizing experiences, and ensuring that every moment reflects Miraval’s values of empathy, integrity, and wellbeing. You are a trusted ambassador of our purpose: to care for people so they can be their best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Butler, you will need to:
o Provide seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
o Anticipate guest preferences and deliver thoughtful touches aligned with Miraval’s philosophy of mindfulness and wellbeing.
o Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and flawlessly.
o Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and in-room service setups with attention to detail.
o Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professional discretion at all times.
o Ensure all guest areas and rooms are checked for readiness prior to arrival.
o Keep up-to-date guest profiles and record preferences for future stays.
o Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary to ensure service consistency.
o Manage in-room dining coordination and setup for private experiences.
o Communicate effectively across departments to deliver seamless experiences.
o Support Front Office colleagues in creating a mindful, calm, and professional environment.
o Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service gaps promptly to management.
o Uphold Miraval’s standards of mindfulness, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
o Maintain personal grooming, posture, and language that reflect serenity and professionalism.
o Embody the “Miraval way” of authentic connection and attentive care.
