As a Butler, you are dedicated to providing personalized and intuitive service, anticipating guests' needs before they even express them. From welcoming and escorting guests to their rooms, to unpacking luggage, arranging in-room amenities, and assisting with special requests, you ensure every detail of their stay is flawless. With your attention to detail and genuine care, you create a warm and refined atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued, pampered, and at home.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, personalized welcome.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a detailed orientation of room features and hotel services.
- Assist with unpacking and packing of luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Arrange in-room amenities, welcome gifts, and special requests.
- Handle guest laundry, pressing, and shoe-shine services as per request.
- Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, and activity bookings.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, ensuring a seamless stay.
- Maintain daily communication with guests to check preferences and satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare rooms for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon, etc.).
- Maintain an accurate record of guest preferences for future stays.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all guest interactions.
- All colleagues must assess situations and react accordingly through analysis and perspective.
- All colleagues must be flexible and able to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the scope of their job, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- All colleagues should be visible and available to both guests and colleagues, in accordance with their position, and serve as an example for others.
- All colleagues are required to comply with any reasonable request from their supervisor(s) within a reasonable timeframe, under normal circumstances.

Confidentiality
- All Colleagues must ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic.
- All Colleagues must ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
