Job Description – Butler cum Personal Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employer: Prominent High-Profile Business Personality
Status: Full-time | Live-out / Live-in (as required for travel)
Availability: Must be currently based in Dubai
Role Overview
A distinguished and influential personality in Dubai seeks a refined, polished, and highly dependable Butler cum Personal Assistant to manage both household service excellence and day-to-day personal support.
This role demands discretion, international exposure, impeccable etiquette, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
You will serve as the principal’s right hand, ensuring flawless standards at home, during travel, and across all lifestyle touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Butler Service Excellence
Deliver 5-star personalised service at home and during travel.
Manage table settings, formal service, silver service and guest hosting.
Oversee wardrobe management, laundry coordination, packing and unpacking.
Ensure the residence is always maintained to luxury hotel standards.
Coordinate with chefs, housekeepers, drivers, and external staff.
Manage household inventories, amenities, linens, and guest supplies.
Handle beverage service, light F&B coordination, and special meal setups.
Prepare the residence for guest visits, arranging ambience, flowers, and details.
Oversee protocol during events, gatherings, or private meetings.
2. Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Support
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and personal calendar.
Arrange global travel: flights, hotels, visas, luggage, itineraries.
Ensure seamless logistics during international trips.
Handle confidential documents, personal payments, and essential errands.
Support in personal shopping, gifting, reservations, and lifestyle coordination.
Manage digital organisation: emails, reminders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the principal’s business office when required.
Ensure absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
3. Household & Operational Management
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Ensure property upkeep and readiness at all times.
Conduct quality checks on housekeeping, maintenance, and service efficiency.
Maintain checklists, inventories, and daily operational standards.
Support the principal in household planning, seasonal organisation, and travel preparation.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory
European passport holder or strong passport suitable for international travel.
Currently based in Dubai with availability for in-person interviews and trials.
Minimum 5–10 years of Butler / Personal Assistant experience in HNI/UHNW households, luxury yachts, or 5-star hotels.
Fluent in English; multilingual advantage.
Skills & Attributes
