Butler (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler with a strong background in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized, discreet, and high-quality service to guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guest services with a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver a seamless luxury experience
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle guest requests such as dining arrangements, transportation, and special occasions
• Manage room preparation, amenities, and in-room services
• Serve food and beverages when required, following fine dining standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest areas
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all guests

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as a Butler in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in hospitality or butler training (e.g., international butler academies)
• Experience working with VIP guests
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
