Elite Butlers is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a distinguished royal family with private residences across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an exceptionally polished and service-driven Butler to join a high-performing household team, delivering impeccable personalized service in a prestigious private estate environment.

This role is suited for a hospitality professional with a background in ultra-luxury hotels or private households, who understands the art of anticipatory service, discretion, and refined etiquette.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service to the principals and guests, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
• Manage formal and informal table service, including silver service, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service.
• Coordinate daily household service operations in collaboration with the Estate Manager and other household staff.
• Oversee guest readiness of all living spaces, ensuring immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
• Handle wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and garment care when required.
• Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in planning and executing private events, formal dinners, and family gatherings.
• Maintain inventories of household items, tableware, and service equipment.
• Ensure strict confidentiality, privacy, and adherence to royal protocols at all times.
• Anticipate needs and preferences of the principals, proactively enhancing the overall living experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5–10 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel, private UHNW household, or royal environment.
• Strong expertise in formal service, etiquette, and international hospitality standards.
• Well-groomed, polished, and highly detail-oriented with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other European languages are an advantage.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to dynamic household environments.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and discretion.
• Familiarity with Gulf culture, traditions, and expectations is highly preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE/GCC or available for immediate relocation.
