Job Title: Butter Production Manager
Location: 8 Km, Thokhar Niaz Baig, Raiwand Road, Lahore
Job Description:
The Butter Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, recipe formulation, quality control, and process improvement for our butter product line. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dairy or fat-based product manufacturing and a solid understanding of food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage butter production processes, including pasteurisation, churning, and packaging.
- Develop, test, and improve butter formulations, flavours, and textures for new product development (NPD).
- Monitor production efficiency, minimise wastage, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and food safety standards in line with HACCP and ISO protocols.
- Supervise production staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage raw materials, production schedules, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams for new product launches and process optimization.
- Maintain detailed production records and generate regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Food Science.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in butter, dairy, or fat-based product production.
- Strong understanding of dairy processing, emulsification, and fat stabilization.
- Hands-on experience with butter churners, mixers, and packaging machinery.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality control practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for developing new butter and dairy products.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
