We are currently seeking a
self-motivated Buyer
with positive, engaging, and collaborative energy to join our team and support the continued growth of our California facility. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of supply chain data that supports our highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do

Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and indirect services to support production schedules and customer needs.

Negotiate supplier agreements on pricing, terms, and lead times while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

Resolve issues around quality, pricing, or delivery in partnership with internal teams and suppliers.

Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating supplier quotes, samples, and lead-time analysis.

Drive cost savings through supplier negotiations, sourcing alternatives, and continuous process improvements.

Own ERP/MRP data accuracy by ensuring supplier attributes, lead times, and planning parameters are reliable and compliant.

Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, engineering, and quality to optimize supply chain performance.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of purchasing/supply chain experience, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
Bonus Points For

Experience in medical device or ISO13485-regulated environments.

APICS/CPIM coursework or certification.

Internship or early career experience in procurement/purchasing roles.
