Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Range Planning

Develop and execute the seasonal buying strategy for Women’s Wear.

Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to build a compelling product range.

Partner with Design and Planning teams to ensure alignment with brand direction and assortment needs.
Financial & Business Management

Own category-level P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and sell-through targets are met.

Monitor weekly performance, analyze KPIs, and take corrective actions to optimize sales and profitability.

Manage OTB in collaboration with Planning teams.
Vendor Management & Negotiation

Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers across key sourcing markets.
-
Negotiate costs, margins, payment terms, and delivery timelines to maximize profitability.
-
Source new suppliers to drive innovation and cost efficiency.
Product Development & Execution
-
Oversee sampling, product development, and approvals in line with brand quality standards.
-
Ensure timely order placement, tracking, and shipment follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with VM, Marketing, and Retail teams for seasonal launches and promotions.

Work with QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Requirements
-
8+ years of experience in Buying, preferably in Women’s Apparel.

Strong understanding of seasonal fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and silhouettes.

Proven experience managing P&L and driving category performance.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities.
-
Experience working with regional and international sourcing hubs is an advantage.
