Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
Understanding of the current used car market and be able to accurately value vehicles.
Be fully capable to appraise & purchase vehicles following the company guidelines.
Work in a fast-paced environment where every customer & car is different.
Do additional research to accurately value more challenging vehicles.
- Ensure to always meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
- Provide Showroom opportunities to improve number of Trade Ins done through offering best market driven trade price on customer vehicle, which enables close more new car sales.
- Manage existing business, identify new markets for expanding the business.
- Visit to customers sites, if required.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports based on customer visit / target.
- Co-ordinate with branches / head office for movement of vehicles.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
