What Do We Expect from a Buyer?


  • Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, engage, and build strong partnerships with potential suppliers. Guide them through registration, onboarding, and compliance with company policies.
  • Supplier Process & Operation Management: Actively communicate with suppliers to align them with internal processes, including SKC creation, pricing, order fulfillment, product listing, and quality assurance. Handle system usage, shipment, and payment issues, guiding suppliers to leverage internal tools and resources to boost sales.
  • Product Development & Trend Management: Oversee product development from concept to launch. Develop trend-driven products via OD/ODM models and ensure product visuals and content meet high-quality standards.
  • P erformance Analysis & Business Growth: Analyze sales and inventory performance to improve product success. Actively manage vendor performance and optimize KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration & Conflict Management: Cooperate smoothly with suppliers, prevent potential conflicts, and maintain productive supplier relationships under pressure.


What Does a Buyer Have?


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong supplier management & negotiation skills, with experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Good sense of market trends, product aesthetics, and e-commerce operations
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Result-oriented, proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
