Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer who can handle procurement activities while also supporting basic design and technical requirements using AutoCAD and Photoshop. The role involves supplier coordination, material sourcing, and assisting with drawings and visual presentations when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source materials/products as per project and design requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, samples, lead time, and delivery
- Prepare and compare quotations and finalize suppliers with management approval
- Create, review, or modify basic drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare artwork, layouts, or product visuals using Photoshop
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, project/site team)
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and material status
- Ensure materials meet quality, design, and specification standards
- Maintain supplier database and purchase records
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Buyer
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams efficiently
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in construction / interior / flooring / fit-out industry is a plus
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- UAE experience is an advantage
Languages:
- English required
- Hindi/Urdu is a plus
