Buyer & Sales support executive

Geisha Designs is expanding its global buyer network, and we’re looking for an organized, articulate, and detail-focused professional to support international and domestic wholesale operations. If you’re passionate about fashion, communication, and relationship management—this is a rare opportunity to learn from inside a luxury atelier.

What You’ll Do

• Support communication with global boutique buyers, showrooms, and platforms.
• Share lookbooks, line sheets, price lists, and product details professionally.
• Prepare order forms, SKU sheets, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate internally with merchandising, production, and logistics.
• Assist with basic export/shipping documentation and courier tracking.
• Organize racks, samples, and appointment materials during showroom seasons.
• Maintain buyer databases, communication logs, and weekly reports.
• Follow up on approvals, confirmations, and delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written & spoken English
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Polished email etiquette
• Deadline-oriented mindset

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Experience in fashion merchandising, B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce
• Basic understanding of SKUs/style codes
