Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ensure Commitment & Delivery Adherence of Approved Purchase Requisitions in the areas of IT Software & Projects.
Devise plan and execute for cost saving against budget through negotiations, alternate sourcing & leveraging on AFS volumes.
Establish new Rate Contracts (RC's) in the area allocated
Controlling Turn around time (TAT) of Requisitions
Ongoing Price reduction / Value engineering
Supplier Selection & price settlement
Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation
Benchmarking of Technology & Prices in Industry
Maintaing database for ease of budgeting for users & price discovery
Preferred Industries

BE. / B.Tech (CS / IT preferrably)
General Experience
4-5 years of experience
Critical Experience
This role comprises requirement of unique skillset for analysing, evaluating IT Softwares & Digital Projects from the point of procurement. Following core competencies are curcial -
1. Domain knowledge on Product Development & Business Application Softwares & Tech. Digital Projects.
2. Market intelligence & netwoking in collating relevant information for assessment of requirement, benchmarking to help in price exploration.
3. Domain knowledge on critical requirements such as Supply Chain Transformation, Digital Manufacturing etc from the point of analysing Data & prepare Strategy for commercail Negotiation.
4. Domain knowledge & understanding related to IT resource rates required for development of various Applications, Tools, Schemes etc. to enhance efficiency of Business & User / Customer experience.
