We are looking for a motivated and friendly Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team at Real Estate Exchange. In this role, you will guide homebuyers through every step of the purchasing process—from initial consultations and property showings to crafting offers and coordinating inspections and financing. The ideal candidate is client-focused, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong skills with technology and CRM systems are a must, along with a commitment to attending open houses and building lasting client relationships. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced professional, we offer extensive resources, continuous support, and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through Brivity

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
