Host a minimum of two open houses weekly to showcase properties and attract buyers.

Convert prospecting efforts into scheduled buyer consultations and appointments.

Hone advanced communication and negotiation skills to meet team standards and close deals.

Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, and Partner Calls to sharpen your expertise and mindset.

Conduct thorough buyer consultations, secure signed agreements, and expertly match clients with properties.

Draft, negotiate, and close offers on behalf of buyers with precision and confidence.

Utilize advanced CRM technology with built-in AI tools to track performance and monitor key metrics.

Regularly preview homes to maintain deep knowledge of local market trends and property values.

Active Real Estate License required, with a proven track record in real estate sales.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate, with demonstrated success in buyer representation and deal closings.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong influence for building trust and rapport.
