Buyers Consultant (Abu Dhabi)

The Role:

As a Buyer’s Consultant, you’ll work exclusively with buyers: no listings, no cold calling, no seller-side pressure.

You’ll advise qualified, pre-approved clients across secondary, off-plan, and commercial deals (buyers’ side only)


What We Offer:

  • 50–60% commission , based on performance and targets
  • 60% commission on self-generated deals
  • AED 5,000 advance per signed Form F (optional, monthly)
  • 60–80 warm buyer leads per month provided by HOLO (volume may vary)
  • Visa, broker license & medical insurance fully covered
  • Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law
  • AED 1,000 flight allowance after 12 months
  • Laptop, CRM, and full tech stack provided
  • Strong support from in-house mortgage, tech, and operations teams

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year Abu Dhabi real estate sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Consultative sales mindset with proven closing ability
  • Organised, motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of qualified buyers
