Buying Assistant

We are seeking a Buying Assistant - Luxury Timepieces to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for horology, understands both the creative and commercial aspects of luxury retail, and can balance market trends with business needs. This role will play a key part in curating and managing our watch assortment, ensuring we bring the finest timepieces to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, select, and acquire luxury and mid-range watches (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, domestic and international
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and purchase agreements
• Monitor watch market trends, resale values, and customer demand
• Assist in assortment planning, inventory management, and pricing strategy
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product flow
• Support with authentication checks and quality control of acquired pieces
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Prior experience in buying, sourcing, or merchandising (luxury retail/watch industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, and authentication basics
• Analytical skills for demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP or inventory systems a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity, attention to detail, and passion for luxury watches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
