About the Role
Job Title: C++ Developer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong design and programming knowledge using C/C++ on Unix/Linux environment.
• Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning skills.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Experience with build tools like Bit Bucket, GIT, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products.
• Interact with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$120,000k -130,000k/annually]/[$57.00-60.00 per hour). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
