C++ Developer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled C++ Developer to join our dynamic team working on enterprise-grade fintech and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, object-oriented programming, and server-side systems. Candidates currently working in C# and interested in transitioning to C++ are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for solution delivery.
• Participate in requirement analysis, architecture design, and code reviews.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
• Follow best practices for software development, documentation, and version control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development (C++ or C#).
• Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with MS Visual Studio or similar development environments.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial systems, transaction processing, or middleware development.
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
