Job Description: C# .Net Technical Lead

As a C# .Net Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software architectures using .Net Programming and Java Fullstack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Project Management: Oversee project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in C#, .Net, and related technologies to design and develop robust, scalable applications.

• Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of hands on C#.NET experience building Windows Desktop Applications.

• Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that arise during development.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and .Net technologies.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
