• Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Speakers (CS) Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the agent will provide exceptional customer service support by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers via calls, emails, or chats. Additional responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communications and providing accurate and timely information to customers. The agent will collaborate with teammates and utilize problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Qualifications

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English at a C1 level
2. Strong communication and active listening skills
3. Customer service and problem-solving abilities
4. Basic technical skills, including typing and familiarity with CRM systems
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
6. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in office and from home as required)
7. Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus
8. Flexibility to work rotating shifts
