Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR), located in Cairo, Egypt, with an option to work partially from home. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, providing relevant information, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive and service-oriented approach to fulfilling client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level proficiency).
  • Customer support skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and empathy.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound interaction, including call center operations.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and display self-discipline when working remotely.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
