Job Description – Academic Head (CA & CMA Academy)

Position: Academic Head

Department: Academics

Reporting To: Management

Qualification: CA / CMA (Mandatory)

Role Objective

The Academic Head is responsible for leading and managing all academic operations of the CA & CMA Academy. The role focuses on academic planning, faculty management, examinations, admissions support, and driving strong academic results and ranks in line with ICAI and ICMAI standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Academic Planning & Class Scheduling

Prepare academic calendars for CA and CMA programs.

Schedule regular, fast-track, and revision batches.

Ensure timely and effective syllabus completion.

2. Examination & Time-Table Management

Plan and execute internal tests, mock exams, and revision assessments.

Prepare and circulate exam timetables.

Monitor evaluations and analyze student performance.

3. Faculty Hiring & Academic Team Management

Recruit qualified CA/CMA faculty for all subjects.

Allocate subjects and batches to faculty members.

Monitor teaching quality and conduct academic review meetings.

4. Admissions & Academic Counseling

Support admissions through academic counseling to students and parents.

Participate in seminars, orientations, and counseling sessions.

Ensure smooth academic onboarding and batch allocation.

5. Results, Ranks & Student Performance

Drive result-oriented academic strategies.

Monitor pass percentages and rank achievements.

Identify weak students and plan remedial and revision classes.

6. Academic Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with ICAI and ICMAI curriculum guidelines.

Maintain academic reports, performance data, and feedback records.

Coordinate with Admin, Marketing, and Management teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
