• Compensation : $20/hr to 25/hr

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and feeding

• Support mobility and patient transfers

• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Document basic care activities in EMR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Active California CNA Certification required

• Minimum 3 years CNA experience required

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

• Basic computer skills required

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS (AHA Required)

SHIFT DETAILS

• Night Shift CNA Role

• 12-hour night shifts (facility-based schedule)

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
