Responsibilities

<li>Document treatment, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely</li>
<li>Participate in care conferences and quality improvement efforts</li>
<li>Support a patient-centered and compassionate therapy environment</li>
</ul>Requirements
<ul><li>Active California Physical Therapist license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills</li>
<li>Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented</li>
