Registered Nurse-Emergency Room

Location: Craig, Colorado

Pay Rate: $ 1,700 To $ 1,920 /Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Night Shift

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Hospital Nursing Experience (Emergency Department or Critical Care Preferred)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Craig, Colorado. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency nursing care by assessing, triaging, treating, and monitoring patients with acute illnesses and injuries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment, and collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and develop individualized nursing care plans using evidence-based practices.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, emergency treatments, and monitor patient responses while ensuring patient safety.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate treatment, patient transfers, admissions, and discharge planning.

• Provide patient and family education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

• Respond rapidly to emergency situations while utilizing critical thinking, prioritization, and effective delegation to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License required.

• Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience with Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• TNCC, ENPC, STABLE, and NRP certifications required or obtainable within facility timelines.

• Strong assessment, emergency response, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
