Cab Dispatcher / Customer Support Representative (On-site)

Join Alliance Connect BPO, a US-registered BPO, as an experienced Cab Dispatcher / CSR at our Rawalpindi office!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services for clients.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely Pickups and Drop-offs.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent support.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, reports, and dispatch records.
• Use dispatch software and communication tools to monitor operations.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers and Females are also encouraged to apply)

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
