Cab Dispatchers

Globe Call Centre is seeking skilled Taxi Dispatchers with at least 1 year of practical experience in dispatch operations, preferably within the cab or transport sector. If you are quick on your feet, highly organized, and excel in a busy work environment, we want to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign rides promptly to ensure timely service for customers.
• Organize driver rosters and routes to guarantee punctual pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Keep clear communication with drivers and passengers to handle updates, delays, or issues.
• Record trip logs, driver activities, and daily dispatch reports with accuracy.
• Follow company protocols and transportation regulations in all dispatch operations.
• Address customer queries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in taxi dispatching or a related role.
• Good knowledge of dispatch software and GPS-based navigation tools.
• Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent time management abilities.
