Cab Dispatchers (UK)

Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced and dedicated UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our expanding operations team. We are looking for individuals who are quick thinkers, well-organized, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with hands-on experience in dispatch coordination—particularly within the UK taxi or transportation industry—are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign incoming cab bookings efficiently to ensure timely and dependable service.
• Monitor driver routes, schedules, and performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and customers, providing timely updates and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of trip details, driver activities, and daily dispatch logs.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to deliver a positive service experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch.
• Strong working knowledge of dispatch software, GPS systems, and route management tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
