Cab Driver ( Nepalese )

A Cab Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. The role involves navigating city routes, maintaining the vehicle, and handling payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up passengers at designated locations or in response to hails/calls.
• Safely operate a taxi while following traffic laws and company regulations.
• Use GPS or knowledge of local routes to determine the most efficient path.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle and loading luggage.
• Process payments via cash, card, or digital platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the taxi.
• Keep daily trip logs, mileage records, and report issues to the dispatcher/company.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all passengers.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (commercial license if required).
• Clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use GPS and digital dispatch systems.
• Physically able to sit for long periods and assist passengers.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a taxi/cab driver, rideshare driver, or chauffeur.
• Familiarity with local taxi regulations and fare systems.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
