Event Format

Day 1 - Open Discovery Day

• Open to all interested candidates
• No prior registration required
• Learn about our vision and culture
• Meet our Talent Acquisition team in a relaxed setting
• Submit your application and participate in brief introductory conversations
• Selected candidates will be invited for Day 2

Day 2 - Assessment Day (By invitation only)

• Company presentation
• Group activities and assessments
• Individual interviews with senior team members
• Final selection process

To ensure a professional and cohesive atmosphere, we kindly ask our guests to dress in attire that reflects the elegance and professionalism of our cabin crew uniforms.

- Ladies: we are encouraged to wear a tailored outfit with trousers or a long skirt and white shirt or Abaya.

- Gentlemen: a suit with white shirt is recommended or Saudi attire (thobe and shemagh)

Hairstyles

Hair should be neatly styled and kept at a manageable length, large or flashy accessories are discouraged.

Head Coverings

Please ensure that you wear a neatly arranged hijab, turban, or scarf.

Your presentation is a reflection of the exceptional service we uphold.

About You

What we're looking for?

• A natural communicator with a passion for providing top-tier service while keeping our passengers safe and sound throughout their journey.
• Someone who's ready to wear their smile and bring that "Hafawa" hospitality magic while ensuring everyone feels safe and secure, no matter where the journey takes you.
• An adventurer at heart, team player, excited to be the face of Riyadh Air, take on new experiences and ready to embrace the thrill of travel all while making sure your passengers are in safe hands from takeoff to landing.

Do you have what it takes to fly with us?

• Fluent in English? Great! Speak other languages? Even better! Communication is key when welcoming guests from around the world.
• Height & Reach:At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm-just enough to reach those overhead bins and quickly access emergency equipment when needed. It's all about keeping our guests safe while staying efficient and prepared!
• Age requirement:You must be at least 21 years old to join our crew - because great adventures start at the right time!
• Swimming skills:Safety first! Confidence in water is a must-you should be able to swim with a flotation device in case of an emergency.
• Professional appearance:No visible tattoos or piercings in uniform-we take pride in a polished and professional look.
• Education:A high school certificate or higher is required-because Knowledge and Personality go hand in hand.
• Customer service experience:At least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role-because a warm smile goes a long way! You'll be the heart of the Riyadh Air experience.
