We’re now looking for a Cabinet Designer with a strong intuitive design sense. The kind of person who can walk into a space (or look at a plan) and envision how to make it function beautifully and look incredible. Someone who understands cabinetry, but also has that interior-design instinct that sets great spaces apart.

If you love design, think in visuals, care deeply about accuracy, and enjoy bringing ideas to life through 3D layouts and drawings, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Create kitchen, bath, and built-in designs using 2020 & Mozaiz software.
• Translate house plans and field measurements into highly accurate, buildable layouts.
• Collaborate with our Project Manager to finalize designs, specs, appliance openings, and materials.
• Prepare complete design decks ready for customer review and production.
• Maintain organized files, stay ahead on timelines, and manage your design flow proactively.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full time, professional cabinet design experience (kitchen & bath, built-ins, architectural millwork, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, sizing, appliance clearances, and space planning.
• A natural eye for design—proportion, balance, color, and “wow factor” details.
• Confident using cabinet design software; able to learn quickly if switching platforms.
• Organized, reliable, and thorough with measurements and revision control.
• Tech-comfortable and quick to adapt to new workflows.
• Growth-oriented, team-minded, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
