Cabinet Designer

As a Cabinet Designer / Sales Associate, you will:

• Greet and engage customers, helping them select products that meet their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge on cabinetry, countertops, flooring, bath fixtures, doors, and more.
• Create customized kitchen cabinet layouts based on client preferences, measurements, and project goals.
• Process accurate transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a cabinet design and customer consultation.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; able to clearly explain products and services.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with home improvement products (cabinetry, countertops, flooring, bath fixtures) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and technology.
