30 year valley cabinet company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our high end manufacturing facility! Your expertise will blend interior design, layout planning, and technical skills to craft custom cabinets that meet both aesthetic and practical needs. Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for custom cabinetry projects.
• Create detailed layout designs using Cabinet Vision.
• Present design proposals confidently, highlighting features such as remodeling options and lighting enhancements to upsell premium solutions.
• Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing showroom.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinet or furniture design with proficiency in Cabinet Vision.
• Strong background in high-end sales, retail math, merchandising.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage clients confidently across various channels.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and budgeting estimates.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
