Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets according to blueprints, schematics, and client specifications
• Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding and adjustments
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate placement and alignment
• Collaborate and communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trades such as plumbing and electrical teams to coordinate installation schedules
• Perform site inspections to verify measurements, check for structural integrity, and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain tools and keep job sites clean and organized
• Apply finishing techniques including caulking, trim carpentry, painting, and restoration to achieve a polished look
• Willing to play point on an installation team of 2 or more people
• Willing to assist and train less experienced installers when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction fields such as carpentry or remodeling
• Proficiency with blueprints reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating tools like Bluebeam
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and inspection procedures
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete forming equipment, welding gear, and heavy machinery as needed
• Ability to to lift heavy material and work on-site
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
