We are looking for a Kitchen Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist who understands cabinetry design, customer consultation, and the Bellmont product line.
Role Overview
As a Kitchen Cabinet Sales & Design Specialist, you will guide clients through the cabinetry selection and design process. This includes designing kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces while helping customers choose the right cabinet styles, finishes, and accessories. Your experience with Bellmont cabinets and modern design software will help deliver tailored solutions that fit each client’s space, style, and budget.
Responsibilities
Sales Consultation
Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand their project goals, layout requirements, and budget. Provide recommendations on cabinet styles, finishes, and configurations.
Cabinet Design
Create functional and visually appealing designs for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other spaces using design software such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or SketchUp. Prepare layouts, elevations, and 3D presentations for clients.
Bellmont Cabinet Expertise
Work primarily with Bellmont cabinet lines (1300, 1600, 1900, Vero) and guide clients through available door styles, finishes, accessories, and customization options.
Project Coordination
Manage projects from initial consultation through final installation. Coordinate with installers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and remodeling contractors. Maintain consistent communication throughout the design and installation process.
Product Knowledge
Stay informed on cabinet trends, materials, hardware, and design innovations to provide the best solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 years of kitchen cabinet sales and design experience
Skills
Proficiency in 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D design software
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to visualize layouts and optimize space planning
Strong attention to detail
Product Experience
Experience working with Bellmont Cabinets or comparable high-end cabinetry lines preferred
Education
Interior design, architecture, or related field is a plus.
Team Collaboration
Ability to work closely with installers, contractors, and internal team members.
Compensation
$20 – $26 per hour plus commission
Commission structure based on cabinet sales performance.
Expected hours: 40+ hours per week
