Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cable Sales Manager with deep expertise in Low-Voltage (LV) and Medium-Voltage (MV) cable systems for construction projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing key accounts with construction companies, engineering consultants, and main contractors, overseeing the full project sales cycle from specification stage through to supply and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with construction companies, main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and engineering consultants across Kuwait.

Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups to understand project specifications and procurement timelines.

Identify new project opportunities at early design and tender stages to secure specifications favourable to the company's cable portfolio.

Act as the primary point of contact for LV & MV cable requirements on active construction projects.
Team & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales engineers and executives focused on electrical project sales.

Set individual and team sales targets; conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and submit structured reports to the Managing Director.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's market share in the LV & MV cable segment in Kuwait.
Market Intelligence & Pricing

Monitor LME copper and aluminium price movements and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity, new project awards, and evolving market trends in the Kuwait construction sector.

Analyse sales data, margin performance, and cost structures to continuously optimise profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).

Minimum 8 years of cable sales experience in Kuwait, with a strong focus on LV and MV cables for construction and infrastructure projects.

Demonstrated existing relationships with major construction companies, MEP contractors, EPC, and engineering consultants operating in Kuwait.

Proven ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and consultant specifications.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in tender/offer preparation, negotiation, and order closure.

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English

Valid Kuwait driving licence; must be based in Kuwait with a transferable residency visa.
