CAD Designer

We are seeking an experienced senior SolidWorks CAD Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing detailed models and drawings, managing Product Data Management (PDM) systems, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) using 3DExperience (3DX) platform.
You will play a crucial role in the design and development of our products, ensuring high-quality and efficient design processes.
Experience in setting up models for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation in ANSYS is a plus.
Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks and 3DX
Manage and maintain design data using PDM systems.
Document design processes and maintain accurate records
Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks and ANSYS features and industry trends
Manage, maintain, and interpret the Bills of Materials (BOM)
Prepare drawings and wire diagrams as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience with SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, PDM/PLM, and simulation
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Experience with other CAD software (e.g. Creo, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in setting up CFD simulations in ANSYS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
