Summary

As a CAD Designer you will use advanced technical skills and CAD software to design sophisticated implant-based dental prosthetics to exacting standards for fit, function and esthetics. This position will use critical thinking to develop and share ideas that can be used to support our Center from a digital perspective. While work methods follow established best practices, candidates are expected to follow the direction of their manager and team using a high degree of judgment on a case-by-case basis. As an Exocad Trainer, you will assist in the training and development of other Lab Technicians within a digital environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remote Position After 2 Weeks Of Training .

• Design full arch dental interim restorations following ClearChoice doctors’ prescriptions using 3Shape Digital Denture Design Software with Exocad
• Understand scanned dentition models and import into CAD software.
• Support a positive culture within the Center through respectful and appropriate working relationships.
• Coordinate and participate in CAD process improvements
• Assist with Analog functions as needed

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience with Exocad digital denture design software.
• Understanding of full arch restoration setups, processes, and terminology.
• Knowledge of fundamental occlusal principles, schemes and classifications as they apply to the fabrication of various dental prostheses.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
• Excellent computer skills, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
• Possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Qualified candidates should have knowledge of:
  • Full arch hybrid restorations
  • Complete dentures
  • Overdentures
  • Implant-based restorative techniques
  • Basic knowledge of dental science, materials, anatomy and esthetics
  • Google-based systems (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slide)

Compensation and Benefits:

$28.00- $30.00/ Hour base compensation DOE

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus (potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage, Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional benefit of employment with ClearChoice.
